Great leadership doesn't happen by accident, and The Strategic Ascent is where strategic leaders come to be intentional about it.

Hosted by Global Gaming Women at Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant, Oklahoma, and presented in partnership with Saroca, this two-day conference is designed for Directors, Senior Directors, and functional leaders who are ready to go deeper - into the cultures they shape, the teams they lead, and the leadership behaviors that drive lasting organizational impact.

Together, we'll explore topics such as:

        • Heat vs. toxicity and healthy leadership behaviors
        • Cultural entropy and organizational drift
        • Dysfunctional vs. functional communication
        • Boundaries, well-being, and real self-care
        • Decision-making and mindfulness practices
        • Developing successors and leading through change

Through honest conversation, guided reflection, and peer connection, you'll leave with practical tools and a fresh perspective you can bring back to your team immediately.

This application includes a few short background questions and several open-response questions to help us better understand your leadership experience and where you are today. We recommend completing it in one sitting.

Estimated time to complete application: 15–20 minutes.
